AFC PENX Stainless Steel Penstock

Bi-Directional Sealing:
The rectangular rubber seal, positioned on the surface of the frame, ensures sealing on all four sides. The rubber seal features a special hackle shape on both sides, providing reliable sealing performance at up to 5 metres on/off seating water column (W.C.).
Ideal Flow Characteristic:
When opening the penstock, three sides remain sealed by the rubber, ensuring linearity flow characteristics, making it suitable for throttling and regulating service.
Easy Installation:
The PENX Series Penstock can be wall-mounted or channel mounted. We use removable claws, anchors, and sponge seals for installation, making them easy to install at the inlets or outlets of pits or basins. The sponge rubber seals are ideal for grouting into recesses of the structure.
