U-Flex Shear Isolator
Mackay U-Flex isolators are a general-purpose isolator which offers excellent protection against vibration and shock to a wide range of applications including electronic apparatus, vibratory feeders, general machinery as well as equipment in packing cases during transit.
U-Flex isolators are most flexible along the X and Y planes when the rubber is used in shear and offer greater stiffness along the Z plane where the rubber is used in compression. This characteristic is particularly useful when constrained motion is required in one direction.
