Bulk Hose
Mackay Automotive – Bulk Hose is designed to efficiently connect heater systems and other components within the engine coolant circulating systems of ground vehicles. This high-quality hose ensures a reliable and durable solution for managing automotive coolants, corrosion inhibitors, and cooling water in your vehicle’s system.
Key Features:
Heater Hose – SAE J20R3: Meets SAE J20R3 Type EC Class D-1 and D-2 specifications, ensuring excellent performance under demanding conditions.
Superior Material Construction: Made from a synthetic EPDM rubber inner tube and reinforced with spiral polyester fibre (PFY), the hose offers resistance to water loss, electrochemical degradation, heat, abrasion, and ozone.
Temperature Range: -40°C to 125°C (-40°F to 257°F), ensuring the hose can withstand extreme temperatures encountered in engine coolant and heater systems.
Long Service Life: Engineered for long-lasting durability with an ECD resistance rating as defined by SAE J1684, providing enhanced service and reliability.
