Blow bar designs can be modified to prolong wear life. Heinehard alloy range include Manganese, Martensitic, Martensitic ceramic, Chrome Iron & Chrome Ceramic.

Concaves and Mantles are supplied in fine, medium, or coarse grades pending your application. Alloy types are 18 & 22% manganese steel with the Titanium carbide inserts now being applied to the larger cone crushers to increase service life.
