DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL DATA:

flanged-dimensions

1. Socket Bends Commonly used in water distribution and sewage systems where easy assembly and disassembly are required. Ideal for connecting pipes in confined spaces where welding or flanging is not feasible.

2. Flange/Socket Bends: Utilized in systems where a combination of bolted flange connections and socket connections is needed. Often found in municipal water systems, treatment plants, and industrial piping networks requiring flexible installation and maintenance options.

3. Flanged Bends: Used in high-pressure systems and industrial applications where secure, leak-proof connections are crucial. Typical in power plants, chemical processing, and heavy industry where durability and reliability are paramount.

4. Flange/Spigot Bends: Ideal for connecting flanged fittings to plain-end pipes, providing versatility in installation. Common in water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as in industrial pipelines where a combination of rigid and flexible connections is needed.

5. Washout Bends: Designed for washout points in pipelines to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Essential in municipal water supply and sewage systems to prevent blockages and ensure smooth operation.

6. Hydrant Bends: Specifically designed for fire hydrant installations, these bends allow for the proper positioning and connection of hydrants in fire protection systems. Critical for ensuring efficient water delivery in firefighting operations.

7. Duckfoot Bends: Used to change the direction of flow at a vertical angle, typically from horizontal to vertical or vice versa. Common in pump stations, water treatment facilities, and irrigation systems where vertical alignment is necessary.
